Amy Long joined SILC in the summer of 2009, as the Associate Director for Greek life and Leadership Programs. In this position she will working with the four councils (IFC,PHA, NPHC, and NALFO) to better the Greek community and follow through with the four pillars that each council has adopted through various programs and events. Most recently, Amy served last the Greek Leadership Advisor, in the Holden Leadership Center at the University of Oregon. She has also worked in Residence life at Luther College.

Amy earned her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism, and her M.S. in College Student Personnel Services from Western Illinois University.

Amy is the National Director of Membership Development for Sigma Kappa Sorority, and volunteers her time as a Big Sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is also a member of the Association of Fraternity Advisors (AFA)and the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators(NASPA).
