In her position, she coordinates the LGBT Resource Center and serves as the executive secretary for the University Events Committee Center at KU. After working several years in the social work field in Kansas and California, Saida returned to the University of Kansas to pursue her master’s degree. Due to both her positive experience with campus involvement and engagement as an undergraduate student, and her professional experience with diversity education and outreach, Saida chose to further her education in the Higher Education Administration field.
