What
is KU LeaderShape Institute?
A highly interactive and
energizing leadership enhancement experience that provides participants with
the tools:
Who can attend?
Any enrolled KU student, undergraduate or graduate, who would like to learn
more about themselves and how they can make a difference in their community.
The program is limited to 60 participants; selected participants will be notified
by Friday, November 14th .
When?
The Institute takes place Thurssday, January 8 - Tuesday, January 13 (you will
return to campus at approximately 2:00 p.m. on the 13th).
Where?
Transportation will take you to Tall Oaks Conference Center where you will stay
for the duration of the program.
What is the
Cost?
It cost nothing to apply but thanks to the support of the people listed below,
(if selected) your cost is only $50.00 for the entire week. This includes lodging,
food, transportation, and all program materials.
How will LeaderShape

It's the beginning of a process that you'll keep and use for the rest of your
life as you identify the values and principles that guide you. You'll learn
that leadership is a process we define as making a commitment to a vision, developing
relationships to bring the vision into reality and sustaining a high level of
integrity. Effective leadership produces results and exceptional improvements.

standards, and understanding and respecting the values of others.
